This program was developed by Dr. Paul Lam of Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCH) and is taught by certified TCH Instructors. Tai Chi is a low impact, gradual, self paced method to improve energy and build internal strength. The benefits are many but most visible, researched and reported in studies by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Arthritis Foundations include: improved posture, balance, breath control, and reduced pain and inflammation.
